Move your body.
Movement has so many benefits. It relieves stress. It increases circulation and flow of oxygen. It helps lymphatic drainage and release of toxins. And it helps the bowels to move. Even a gentle walk is effective. If you don’t have time for formal exercise, just look at ways you can increase your steps in your daily life, such as taking the farther parking space or using the stairs.
Your body needs proper digestive care for proper functioning. If you want it to take care of you, you need to care for it. Your body needs a relaxed environment to receive the nourishment you are giving it. Give yourself the time and attention. You are worth it!
