Heal past emotional hurts.
Holding onto old emotions has a detrimental effect on the body, mind, heart and soul. Stuck emotions constrict energy flow, drain your vitality, and keep your heart from fully enjoying your life. If someone has hurt you, releasing your pain does not absolve them of wrong-doing, it only frees you from self-punishment. Take steps toward personal freedom.
