The media shows us people with vibrant energy, perfect bodies, perfect health – the popular happy crowd! It can keep us striving for a future state. It can keep us from being present with ourselves and loving ourselves as we are.
You are made of the same life force energy born of Unconditional Love & Divine Light.
You are worthy of Love just as you are.
