In addition to relieving stress, meditation has many healing properties. It can release blocks in the body’s energy field and improve your relationship to your environment – people stress, driving stress, work stress, life stress – shifting your perspective and healing emotions. It can also enhance your connection with and trust in a greater good.

Your body needs proper digestive care for proper functioning. If you want it to take care of you, you need to care for it. Your body needs a relaxed environment to receive the nourishment you are giving it. Give yourself the time and attention. You are worth it!
