Reduce intake of alcohol.
If you really want to love your body, mind, heart & spirit, let go of the alcohol. While a glass of wine with dinner might help you relax, it can also tax your liver, dehydrate your body, dull your senses and disrupt your sleep patterns. Relaxing through natural means, such as movement, meditation or breath work, has the beneficial effects without the negative side effects.

Your body needs proper digestive care for proper functioning. If you want it to take care of you, you need to care for it. Your body needs a relaxed environment to receive the nourishment you are giving it. Give yourself the time and attention. You are worth it!
