Beware the food addiction trio.
The food industry has done lot of research to perfect the combination of flavors that light up your brain just like cocaine! The combo not found in nature – sugar, salt and fat – can stimulate your body to crave more, eat far beyond satiation, and override your best intentions at the grocery store. Watch for these combos to show up in your cravings, and just say no!
Your body needs proper digestive care for proper functioning. If you want it to take care of you, you need to care for it. Your body needs a relaxed environment to receive the nourishment you are giving it. Give yourself the time and attention. You are worth it!
