Eat carbs and fats at separate meals.
If you are concerned about storing fat in your body, eat carbs and fats separately. Carbs turn to sugar and cause your body to release insulin. As a byproduct of insulin production, fats also in the blood stream get stored in the fat cells. If you don’t want excess fats to get stored, avoid eating them with foods that cause your body to release insulin, such as sugars and starches.
Your body needs proper digestive care for proper functioning. If you want it to take care of you, you need to care for it. Your body needs a relaxed environment to receive the nourishment you are giving it. Give yourself the time and attention. You are worth it!
