Eat fruit on an empty stomach.
Fruit is one of the most complete gifts nature gives us. It’s best eaten whole, fresh and raw. Fruit digests quickly in the stomach, and then passes through to be assimilated in the small intestine. You don’t want it getting stuck behind slow-digesting matter in the stomach, where it can sour and ferment. Eat it on an empty stomach so you can fully receive its nutritional gifts.
Your body needs proper digestive care for proper functioning. If you want it to take care of you, you need to care for it. Your body needs a relaxed environment to receive the nourishment you are giving it. Give yourself the time and attention. You are worth it!
