Stress driving you to eat? Try this…
First, take a deep breath, or better yet, take 10. With each inhale draw in fresh clean oxygen and warm light. With each exhale release the tension from your body. Allow yourself to rest into your skin and feel your connection to the ground. Let yourself be supported by the earth and gravity. Start with a glass of water. Then make a conscious choice of what to reach for, if anything.
Your body needs proper digestive care for proper functioning. If you want it to take care of you, you need to care for it. Your body needs a relaxed environment to receive the nourishment you are giving it. Give yourself the time and attention. You are worth it!
