Digestion is all about movement. Release the binds of tight-fitting clothes to give freedom of movement to your waistline, your abdomen and your pelvic floor. Free your digestive system to do its job.
Your body needs proper digestive care for proper functioning. If you want it to take care of you, you need to care for it. Your body needs a relaxed environment to receive the nourishment you are giving it. Give yourself the time and attention. You are worth it!
