Remain upright 2-3 hours after eating.
Your digestive system is in constant motion, moving your foods along its tract and performing its functions. Gravity matters! Ever try to eat standing on your head? Help your body out by maintaining good posture while eating and remaining upright 2-3 hours after your meal.
Your body needs proper digestive care for proper functioning. If you want it to take care of you, you need to care for it. Your body needs a relaxed environment to receive the nourishment you are giving it. Give yourself the time and attention. You are worth it!
