2019: It’s Not Over. Let’s Finish Strong!

2019 seems to have flown by, but it’s not over yet! There’s still time to fulfill a few more of the goals you set for this year and finish strong and more fulfilled.

We have 4 Sundays left in 2019. That’s 4 weekly Prayer & Healing Circles.

For these final weeks, we’re going to focus on:

Fulfilling a few more goals for a strong finish to 2019. (12/8)
Reviewing and celebrating successes of the past year. (12/15)
Putting closure on what is complete and releasing what we want to leave behind. (12/22)
Anchoring in what we want to carry forward so we move into 2020 with more spaciousness, clarity and strength. (12/29)

If you’re not one to set New Year’s resolutions or annual goals, that’s okay. Just bring with you a goal you have for yourself. Is there a relationship you want to mend? Or something you want for yourself or others? Or something you’ve been wanting to do? We all have goals and desires. It’s how we’re made.

If you do set annual goals, think back to the beginning of this year. What did you want to make of 2019? What goals did you set? What dreams did you have?

Take a minute and write them down or pull out your notes from January. If you’re listening to the audio (I hope you are), we’ll do this together. Bring pen and paper.

Next step: How has it turned out so far? What can you check off the list? What is remaining?

For the items you checked off the list, give yourself a big heart hug! Hang on to this. Next week we’re going to celebrate successes.

For the items remaining on the list, what do you feel inspired to complete this year? Pick 1 or 2. It’s not too late. We have 23-24 days left. A lot can be done in this time, especially if you:

Allow yourself to feel your desire/passion,
Say yes to the passion and allow it to motivate you, and
Take inspired action to support the passion that has been put into your heart.

This is a way we receive gifts from our Source. The breath of Spirit breathes inspiration into our hearts. When we say yes to the inspiration and follow it with inspired action, we allow Source to express and manifest through us, bringing gifts into our lives.
