Our country is focused this month on Sexual Assault Awareness and Child Abuse Prevention. When the mass consciousness focuses on changing, it creates a wave that ripples through the ethers, making it easier for everyone to realize major shifts and transformations.
In other words, the time is right to heal and release trauma, whether your trauma stems from abuse or other events.
Honestly, I don’t know any human being who does not carry some degree of frozen energies stuck in their body – restricting breath or movement, causing pain, or just keeping you from believing in yourself and taking the chances you want to take in your life.
