2021 is a 5 year (2+0+2+1=5). The number 5 represents personal freedom, unconventional, individualism, life lessons learned through experience, making positive life choices and decisions, and change.
Personally, after the constrictions of 2020, I’m excited to set intentions for 2021 more than I have been at any time in the past. Intentions help us live with purpose and clarity, especially when they are aligned with inspiration.
Inspiration comes through the heart. It’s the Breath of Spirit that breathes you – inspires. Unfortunately, the heart can become cluttered and guarded, making it challenging to feel or hear the inspiration clearly.

In today’s Prayer & Healing Circle, we focus on clearing the heart of its clutter and tapping into the inspiration that wants to come through.
Then we set an intention to align us to the inspiration and say yes to it. We add an embodiment practice to help us bring it all the way in from a state of believing to a state of knowing to a state of being – to be the change we wish to see.
