Breathe. Receive. Let it land.
Stress is a natural part of the rhythm of life, but has it become a way of life?
We are designed to go through times of stress and times of calm. Our nervous systems are built to fluctuate so we can manage a variety of situations. This is going with the rhythms of life.
However, when stress becomes a way of life instead of a point along the natural rhythm and flow, we lose our balance. Peace? What is peace but a concept, or perhaps a distant memory?
The mind is racing, the heart is constricted, the belly is in knots – that is, if you can feel your belly at all. The adrenals are on hyper-drive. You’re moving as fast as you can to keep up with the demands of life.
How long can you keep buzzing around at this pace without coming in for a landing? You have to cool your jets, refuel your tanks and give the pilot a rest now and then.
Listen to the podcast here:
In today’s Prayer & Healing Circle, we’ll visit the parts of ourselves that get stuck in hyper-drive and establish a safe runway where they can land into an ocean of peace. We’ll give them time and space to cool, refuel and rest.
We’ll breathe, receive, let it land. Can you join us?
As always, you are welcome to bring your prayers for personal struggles, challenges of and with those you care about, for peace, for fulfillment, and for the health and sustainability of our planet.
Bring whatever is on your heart. Come as you are, receive, heal and grow. Please invite your friends to join us, too.
In the future, if you’d like to join us live, there is time for Q&A and sharing at the end of the call – off the recording.
Hope to see you there next time…
