There is a lot of fear in the air waves right now, and much of it can be explained and justified. However, there is an underlying fear that resides in the nervous system that gets amped up when the present dangers arise.
These fears come from our own past or from our ancestors or from the general vibration of the cosmic soup we swim in. The more nebulous, unexplained fear makes it difficult to access clarity and determine the best path forward in the moment.
If we are not careful, we will internalize the present fear, allowing it to seep into our nervous systems and compound the baseline fear energies we carry. This drags down the general vibration at a time when we need to uplift our frequencies as much as we can.
