Release the Masks to Reveal Your Authentic Self

We all wear many masks throughout the course of our lives, but if you want to show up as you are truly created to be, it’s necessary to release the masks to reveal your authentic self.

When we step into unfamiliar and uncomfortable situations, it’s natural to fall into a persona that we’ve been conditioned to believe we need to be to be accepted and successful.

Think about the mask you put on when you first went into middle school, or a new relationship, or your first job. Those masks help us get through the awkwardness, but even after we don’t need them anymore, parts of them stick. They keep us from being our authentic selves.
