Purification of the Heart

Purification of the Heart means keeping the heart clean and clear of clutter. Polished even. If your body is a temple (and it is), your heart is the altar of that temple.

The heart is a gateway between the material realm with all it’s conflicting and contrasting ideas and value systems and the realm of Unity – the world of Unconditional Love and Pure Mercy. If you want to live in Love and Unity, you must keep the alter clean and clear.
