Leave the Past Behind – It’s a New Day, New Opportunity for…
What if you could just walk across a threshold into a new day, new opportunity? Close the door on all the fears and limitations that keep us looping in dysfunction and pain. Leave the past behind… even if the past was just yesterday??
I’m not suggesting we adopt an attitude of oblivious denial. I recognize things are pretty crazy out there right now.
But we have to hold the vision for what is possible and continue to actively take steps to hold the higher vibration and move into the realm of peace and universal harmony. It is closer than it seems.

Every day is a new day – an opportunity to leave the past behind, to close the door on the old ways, to step onto a launch pad and catapult ourselves into a new future.
Think about this: You probably know someone who is starting a new school or college or a new relationship or a new career. Or maybe retiring or taking up a new hobby.
They have a chance to create something new and bring forward an untapped aspect of themselves. Even if they carry emotional baggage from the past, you can see the possibilities in front of them. They have their whole lives ahead of them… or even if they only have a few years, they do not need to limit their dreams and dampen their spirit. If only they can leave the past behind.
My dad has been an amazing example of this for me over these past 6 years. When I moved in with him almost 6 years ago, he was not expected to live a full year. But now, at 100 years old he still makes plans every day for what he wants to accomplish the next day – and we do it! He’s not afraid to start new projects or learn new things.
It's easy to see the possibilities for other people in our lives, but can you see it for yourself? Can you see it for our collective humanity and for our planet? Share on X

As long as we have breath moving through us, we can use our life force for good. We can raise our vibration and step out of the old bubble and into a realm of love.
This is the focus of this week’s Meditation & Healing Circle. Together we will step through the doorway to the ocean of love. We close the door on the old template and leave the past behind. We will swim in the waters of Universal Harmony.
