There are many forms of compassion. Last week we worked with a masculine aspect of compassion, which radiates like the sun. This coming Sunday, we will work with the feminine aspect of compassion, which we receive like the moon receives the light of the sun.

Both aspects are beneficial for both women and men. We all carry both masculine and feminine qualities within us.
Whether you are in a male or female body, this week’s meditation will guide you to use the qualities of compassion to
- foster the maternal wisdom and compassion within yourself.
- nurture your own inner child,
- bring healing to past and present, and
- give birth to new aspects of yourself.
Compassion is known as the bridge between the worlds. Compassion returns us from the separation of fear, anger and judgment back to love and unity. It also forms the bridge through which new life is born and reborn into this world.
This is the pathway to give birth to new aspects of yourself.
Like any process of transformation, words cannot do it justice. You have to experience it to really know it.
