In honor of my father’s 101st birthday, and in keeping with our Prayers for Planetary Peace & Sustainability, throughout this month I’ll be incorporating lessons I’ve learned from him on staying healthy, happy, sustainably, and radiating positivity into the world around us.
In this episode, you’ll learn lessons on staying engaged in life even when your physical capacity decreases. He’s a master of the positive pivot, and he continues to live the PMA – the Positive Mental Attitude!
In the healing portion, we offer our negativity and judgments to the angels to be transmuted as we allow ourselves to become infused with unconditional love and divine light. We offer our hearts to be mirrors of the divine spark that radiates from within and from everyone around us.
Two important factors for staying positively engaged in life are Intention and Interpretation. Intention gives meaning to your actions. Interpretation gives meaning to your life.
