But then as I observed how he was living his life, I realized how he had masterfully embraced what he was still physically and mentally able to do. He was aging gracefully in his own way, keeping his mind sharp and his spirit joyful.
It was a beautiful teaching. I soon dropped my judgments and found that when I joined him in this stream, my life became more joyful as well.
In this Meditation & Healing Circle, we’ll do a healing process that I hope will help us see, appreciate, and embrace some supportive changes for our aging loved ones – and our aging selves – for a more peaceful and joyful longevity.

This has been the most special time of my life. I’ve received so many blessings and learned so many lessons.
During the month of June, in honor of Father’s Day, I’ll be sharing some of these lessons and blessings that can help us in our relationships with our parents, honoring our elderly, and in our personal growth. This is #2 of 4 episodes.
