Well, I’ve heard it for the 3rd time in a row, so it must be time to talk about it. And I can relate to it myself.
Have you ever heard that inner voice say, “But I don’t want to become that person I was when I was thinner.” You’ve come a long way, left the past behind. It would be nice to have the body of your 20-year-old self, the energy level, the vibrancy – but who wants to re-live the trials of that decade? No, thank you! I like my wiser, more mature self.
So, you get close to having that body again, the youthful energy starts kicking in, and then the subtle voice says, “Oh, crap! We’d better binge on some cookies, fast! We don’t want to become that person again!”
Have you heard that voice? It might be very subtle. Listen closely. Could this inner whisper be driving you to pack the pounds back on when you get close to reaching your weight loss goals?
Thank goodness, you have learned a lot since then. In reality, you won’t likely return to the mistakes of your youth. However, convincing your subconscious of that is another story. And the subconscious drives 95% of your behaviors.
If this could be why you’re not keeping weight off…
If you sense your subconscious memory could be creating an internal panic and sending you into an eating frenzy, join me for a group healing session. In this session, we’ll connect with the subconscious saboteur and release the grip it has on your body and your life.
You deserve the change you are becoming…
