To resolve or not to resolve? This is the question that we ask ourselves – especially at this time of year.
Do you make New Year’s resolutions? Or have you given up on such nonsense? Do you feel like it’s not practical or not spiritual to make resolutions? Perhaps you’re of this mindset – Shouldn’t I just love myself the way I am? If I’m on a journey to know Love, I’m here to surrender to the Source of Unconditional Love, not to create resolutions from my ego self.
There is a common belief that the ego self is separate from the Divine Self, and we should not listen to it, we should dismiss it and listen only for the voice of Spirit. But this is not entirely true…
So how does “I want to lose 20 pounds this year” have anything to do with the voice of Spirit? It’s really simple.
