Ho’Oponopono for the Inner Children.
Every pain or block that we carry today can be traced to an earlier time – an experience of a younger self that is still present inside, still holding on to the experience, still unsure what to do with it.
Sometimes we are that person, and sometimes we barely recognize or relate to him/her because we’ve buried the past and moved on.
However, what is held inside is still with us, and in subconscious and conscious ways, we’re navigating around it.
The poet Rumi said, “Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers you have built against it.”
The Love is inside at your core. When we find and release the barriers, you are left with Love. You are the Love.
One way we release the barriers is through the Ho’Oponopono practice, which brings acknowledgement, forgiveness and gratitude.
In today’s Prayer & Healing Circle, we’ll invite the inner children to join us. We’ll offer them acknowledgement, forgiveness and gratitude to release their blocks and barriers and return to love.
