Holding Yourself in Love…

Last week we focused on holding others in love even when they might be challenging our patience or hurting our hearts. This week it’s your turn to receive the love you need for your heart.

Do you notice places of constriction in your body?

This meditation will help you to receive love – as you are. Just be, witness and open to receive.

You’ll be guided to use your breath to breathe into spaces on constriction in your body. Invite the healing love energy to penetrate into the places that have been closed or shut down.

You’ll be guided to use sound to create vibration to ripple through your fluid body and release stuck energies so the love energy can flow through you more freely.

Allow yourself to receive, release the energies of constriction and fill with love.

If stories or voices start to come up, just witness them without attachment. Allow them to release if they are ready to go. Let the love vibration come in. Receive. Fill your cup.

If you feel like there’s a boulder in your heart, body or energy field that is blocking the flow of love, allow the love to flow over it like water. Water can carve through rock.

If you notice a wall surrounding your heart or any part of you, let it be held in the gentle flowing water of unconditional love. Water can seep through walls.

Water is a powerful element, and the water of love is the most powerful healing element there is.

Let the love vibration fill every cell of your body and wash your cellular consciousness, returning every cell to its original nature of Love. Let the love fill your heart and restore you. Let the love fill your core and rejuvenate your life force energy.
