Here in the Northern Hemisphere, now is the time of harvest and preparing for the winter months. This is a period of reflection and beginning to turn inward to explore our inner landscape. It is the perfect time of year to experience the divine attributes of the Earth as reflected in our own divinity.

In this Meditation & Healing Circle, our friend Ruha Cathy Delwiche will guide you on a Reiki journey, where you can experience the life force of the earth – the primal life energy, providing sustenance and vitality to all living beings. By embracing this inner divinity, you access a source of strength, wisdom, and peace that enriches every aspect of your life.

There will be periods of silence for you to write about your experience as you reflect upon what your energies are currently focused on. Within this area of focus, you ask yourself the question: what is the one thing that you can do, that if you do it, everything else becomes easier or unnecessary?
