Did you ever have those times as a child when you wished someone would have been there to protect you, to take up for you when someone was hurting you or making fun of you or bullying you?

This child and her needs still live inside you, and you can give that to her now. You can give her the protection she needed and be her advocate to bring healing to the memories and energies that are stored with her inside you.
