I have a book that is set to launch in the next month, pre-launch opens this week. It is called Fear, Food, and Feminine Power. I started writing it 8 years ago which feels like a long time, but it turns out the timing is perfect.
Women have long held a generalized vibration of fear, feeling unsafe in their bodies. Many of us use food as a crutch to self-soothe, and we wrestle with a body that portrays the struggle inside and out. The book offers step-by-step guidance to heal old wounds and access the sacred feminine power and strength from within. It is a guide to embody a deep transformation.
It turns out the current political and social situation is bringing up the same issues, and the answer is the same. We have a sacred inner power that no one can take away from us, and it reaches into every aspect of our lives.
It is time for us to rise, own our inner strength, embody our inner power, be it, and live it. It is what will turn this story around. And our time is now!
