I just made these today and they are fabulous! Simple, quick and so easy! All healthy ingredients. Use organic where possible.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond meal 1/4 cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut 1 Tablespoon raw cacao powder 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 Tablespoon agave nectar (more or less to your desired sweetness) 1/4 cup coconut milk (I used So Delicious coconut milk drink in the section with Almond Milk, etc) More almond meal and/or coconut to coat balls |
Mix all ingredients together by hand – actually I used a fork. Form into 1 inch balls. Roll in almond meal and/or coconut. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Makes about 10 1-inch balls.
