The coronavirus has ramifications that extend into every aspect of our lives. It’s hard to take it all in, and in fact it’s not even healthy to take it all in.
Naturally, the body activates its natural defenses. The nervous system puts us on guard. The heart puts up its protective barriers. We call on the old faithful coping strategies to get us through.
It’s important to check in frequently and take actions to decompress.

How are you doing? In today’s Prayer & Healing Circle, we use some techniques from Continuum Movement and use sound, breath and movement to settle the nervous system, decompress the tension from the body, restore motility and mobility and of course expand the heart.
Bring your prayers and intentions and whatever is on your heart with you today to our Prayer & Healing Circle.
If you’d like support with this process or anything it invokes for you, you’re welcome to schedule a free 30-minute breakthrough session. I’d be honored to support you.
THANK YOU!
You’re invited to catch all the replays and join us live next time.
