Clearing Your Energy Field

Last week we talked about 7 Practices to Raise Your Vibration. This week I want to focus on one in particular – Clearing Your Energy Field – AT LEAST DAILY!

There is so much negative chatter right now floating around in our airwaves, reverberating through the collective field, hitting us through every form of media. It’s conflicting and confusing and overwhelming.

There’s enough truth in each one to hook us and then we get carried on the waves of sensationalism. No source is completely honest and unbiased. And when we allow ourselves to be led by someone’s drama, we lose our own center and connection.

It’s really important right now to maintain our own center and connection and keep our own personal energy fields as clean as possible.

So today we’re going to do an extended version of clearing our fields and centering in our own strength and truth.

This is an exercise we do at even greater length in the course and workbook “Bridging the GAPS: A Journey to the Center of Your Self.”
