What does a cluttered heart look like? A mind racing with thoughts and to-dos. Losing patience with people you care about. Harsh judgments of those who don’t see things your way. Negative self-talk. Giving up on your dreams.
These are all signs that your heart could use a decluttering session. At the core of every heart is pure love and compassion. The heart in this state of being knows patience and endless possibilities. It even recognizes the pure beauty of your existence.

In today’s Prayer & Healing Circle, you’ll learn a simple breathing exercise to settle you into your body to be present with your heart. Then we’ll use a chanting breath to clear the clutter from the heart and be present with the love, peace and wisdom inside.

The breathing exercise is called the Lunar breath from Continuum Movement. The chanting breath is from Sufism: Allahu Allah Haqq, meaning The One, The Truth.
