In this meditation we also travel through the portal of the heart center with intention to connect with Spirit and open to the ways in which Spirit wants to move through us – to be a manifestation of Divine expression in the 3D material plane.

There is nothing more fulfilling than letting go of ourselves and allowing Source to move through us and moving with that Divine flow. Like catching the ultimate wave and surfing, which I have only done energetically in imagination.
