Last week, my friend Amina Deborah Lewis talked with us about what is moving in the cosmos over the next few months. This is an exciting time!
This coming Tuesday is the peak of Lionsgate, a time when the star Sirius comes into alignment with the Sun. This is a time of greater opening between physical and spiritual realms, when we receive cosmic downloads that unlock specific codes in our DNA.

The download of these internal codes are similar to receiving an information update, like a system reboot, for our human beings.
Toward the end of this week, August 11-13, another portal opens which brings the beaming of higher vibrational frequencies onto earth, an influx of pure love and light.
The intensity of cosmic energies can cause a shake-up in the lower vibrational energies we hold, triggering what needs to heal to clear the way for inpouring energies, literally knocking the old patterns loose from your cells.
In today’s Prayer & Healing Circle, we will focus on releasing the old, the patterns of the lower vibrational frequencies, to Empty the Spiritual Cup so we are ready to receive all the Universe is offering with the amazing opportunities of this coming week.
