Hello!
I’m in a workshop in downtown Denver and got an inspiration for this video.
It’s already sparking conversations! The workshop is in an affluent area. I went out to the courtyard to make the video, and a couple who are residents here asked what the video was about. I told them – Abundance versus Sufficiency.

Their immediate response – “Oh yeah, we like abundance.” We had a truly joyful conversation.
The man said, “I take exception to you making a video like that in an area like this.” He was pointing to the nearby condos, “$1.5 million, $1.8 million…” He thought I lived there and was being hypocritical. Note, I’m not opposed to people living in those condos if that’s what suits their needs.
I told him I live in Florida, just in town for the weekend. “I’m not saying you need to sell your condo and go live in a tent. There are probably more subtle ways you could make a difference.
“Food, for example, affects everyone and the planet. What if you were to take a look at what you really need, and then bring into your home only what you need? Then you could take the difference and give it to someone who is sick, or donate the extra money to help feed people who are hungry. That would make a difference.”
They got that. It was simple.
I’d love to hear your thoughts. Click here to watch the video.
What are the areas in your life where you have more than enough?
Post your comments below the video. Let’s explore this together.
Hope to see you Sunday!
Until then,
