I was on the phone with a mastermind group the other day, and the facilitator asked us to each share a favorite wellness trick. I want to share with you my favorite from the list.
This simple practice can relieve stress for you and those around you. It can uplift the whole room, raise the vibration and spread joy and confidence to all.
This simple practice is holding the best for people you see – for everyone!
- You don’t have to know what is best for them.
- This doesn’t mean you need to witness their faults and pity them so you can wish them out of their dysfunction – best not to judge them first.
- It can be a simple smile when you pass a stranger with the intention that they have the best day possible for them.
For those you know and do not know – let your smile transmit a belief that they are successful, joyful, fulfilled, loved – that they receive whatever is the highest vibration the Universe wants to bring for them that day and every day. Feel the joy in sharing in that success with them.
These are the basic building blocks of world peace. If everyone in the world practiced this one tip, it could end fighting. And more than that, it would encourage each of us to live in love, joy and fulfillment.
Try this today and let me know how it works for you. Keep notes on this process for the next week:
- Note if you begin to see things differently.
- Note if people and circumstances around you start to respond differently.
- Note how things begin to change in your life.
Sometimes this is easier said than done. Those pesky human judgments start creeping in when we’re not paying attention. So set some reminders for yourself – tape a note to the bathroom mirror or the refrigerator door, or keep a reminder in your purse or wallet.
I truly believe this is one of the most powerful wellness tools we have. Cultivating this habit can change your life!
Become an ADVOCATE FOR JOY and send those energetic Joy Beams bouncing all over the place! Watch the joy become contagious!
Have fun! and let me know how it goes. You can post a comment below or on facebook, or send me an email message.
