Go outside and hug a tree.
Your body has rhythm even if you don’t. Your body’s natural rhythms harmonize with the rhythms of nature. If you’re feeling out of synch, take time to sit under a tree, lean against its trunk and breathe. Let your body’s natural rhythms rest into the pulse of nature. You and your guts will be happier for it.
Your body needs proper digestive care for proper functioning. If you want it to take care of you, you need to care for it. Your body needs a relaxed environment to receive the nourishment you are giving it. Give yourself the time and attention. You are worth it!
