Avoid drinking with food.
Drinking with foods can dilute the enzymes and gastric juices that are naturally secreted by the body to digest foods. Instead, eat foods that are naturally high in water content, such as raw fruits and raw or lightly cooked veggies. If you find you need something to wash it down, chew more to secrete more saliva to liquefy and coat the foods naturally.
Your body needs proper digestive care for proper functioning. If you want it to take care of you, you need to care for it. Your body needs a relaxed environment to receive the nourishment you are giving it. Give yourself the time and attention. You are worth it!
