Eat slowly.
Slowing down helps you to stop eating before your stomach is overfilled. It takes time for the message to reach your brain telling it your stomach has had enough. If you are eating too quickly, you can eat beyond your stomach’s comfortable capacity before your brain knows to stop. So slow down, chew thoroughly and take a breath between bites.
Your body needs proper digestive care for proper functioning. If you want it to take care of you, you need to care for it. Your body needs a relaxed environment to receive the nourishment you are giving it. Give yourself the time and attention. You are worth it!
