Get plenty of rest.
When you do not get enough sleep, your serotonin levels go down, which brings on cravings for sugar and starchy foods. Carbs spike your energy, but it will soon crash, creating a roller coaster effect and making it harder to get solid rest the next night. Jump off that track – avoid the spikers and go to sleep.
Your body needs proper digestive care for proper functioning. If you want it to take care of you, you need to care for it. Your body needs a relaxed environment to receive the nourishment you are giving it. Give yourself the time and attention. You are worth it!
