Keep your body hydrated.
In addition to drinking 8 glasses of water per day, avoid excess consumption of diuretics, such as caffeine and alcohol. Also, make 80% of your diet high-water-content foods, such as fresh fruits and vegetables.
Your body needs proper digestive care for proper functioning. If you want it to take care of you, you need to care for it. Your body needs a relaxed environment to receive the nourishment you are giving it. Give yourself the time and attention. You are worth it!
