Ever wish your belly would just go away? Or maybe you block it from your awareness because you hold so much tension and emotion there! But it’s very important to your digestion. Invite it to be present with you. Give it permission to show up just as it is and relax along with you at the dinner table.
Your body needs proper digestive care for proper functioning. If you want it to take care of you, you need to care for it. Your body needs a relaxed environment to receive the nourishment you are giving it. Give yourself the time and attention. You are worth it!
