Eat foods in their natural state.
Your body is a part of nature, designed to function in harmony with the natural world. All of our attempts to improve on nature – including unnatural pesticides, unsustainable growing practices and GMOs – remove some aspect of the perfect design, for which the body must compensate in order to manage the foods you give it. Give your guts a break – give your body real food.
Your body needs proper digestive care for proper functioning. If you want it to take care of you, you need to care for it. Your body needs a relaxed environment to receive the nourishment you are giving it. Give yourself the time and attention. You are worth it!
