Chew your foods thoroughly.
Chewing is the mechanical breakdown of foods into smaller pieces. Enzymes act on surface area to provide chemical breakdown of the foods. More chewing exposes more surface area providing a better opportunity for enzymatic action and better digestion.
Your body needs proper digestive care for proper functioning. If you want it to take care of you, you need to care for it. Your body needs a relaxed environment to receive the nourishment you are giving it. Give yourself the time and attention. You are worth it!
