Making lifestyle changes can be challenging in any case, but when you live in a house full of people who want things to stay as they are, it adds an extra degree of difficulty. This is the subject of the next question from the survey on Emotional Eating.
This might look like a long video, but the last 15 minutes is a meditation – I wanted to give you a taste! You’ll love it! Please enjoy!
Today’s question is this:
How can I make the changes I really want to make
in my eating habits and lifestyle when I live in a house
with people who want different things?
When making lifestyle changes, it is helpful to have
- a strong support structure around you,
- practical tips to support your physical body and your environment,
- help to shift the way you see yourself within the group dynamic,
- guidance to heal the deeper parts of yourself and release the barriers that keep you stuck in the old ways.
This video gives you tips in each of these areas, and in case you can’t tell, I’m really excited about the upcoming program! The new improved version of Freedom From Emotional Eating will give you all this and much more.
Whether you choose to join me or not, I hope you receive something of value from this video to help you with making lifestyle changes to support your health and your heart.
