Experience yourself as a being of water, an open cup floating in an ocean of living consciousness, one with all life. Allow the element of water to flow through you, cleansing and purifying your vessel, restoring and rejuvenating you, and healing you with the gentle rain of Mercy.

In this week’s Meditation & Healing Circle, we continue healing through the elements with a dive into the Element of Water: The Cleansing Rain of Mercy. We use the Sacred Sounds and Divine Names associated with the Elemental Globes to cleanse our bodies, hearts, and souls with the gentle rain of Mercy – to receive nourishment and healing, and to restore our vessels to health and fulfillment.
