With all of the turmoil we are in right now, it’s important to remember what we do have, what we can do, and to focus on elevating our frequencies so we can stay aligned with our truth. We have been talking for a while now about ascension into a world of peace.
Meanwhile, we’re in the storm. So how can we weather the storm while staying focused on evolution and elevation? This is the focus of this Meditation & Healing Circle.
We call on Divine Powers of Contraction and Release to help us release the trauma responses from the body and use the constriction to turn to Source to draw us into the love, compassion, and healing, and reach the higher frequencies we desire to embody.
We call on the Divine Power of Elevation to elevate our consciousness to a new state that encompasses the variations of contraction and expansion so we can contain the highs and lows as we continue to move forward into higher elevations of consciousness.
