According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Colorectal cancer is the 2nd leading cancer killer among cancers that affect both men and women.
It is, however, a cancer that is curable when detected early. Lifestyle, including diet, self-care and stress levels, strongly influence this disease.
People do not have to suffer needlessly. A little education and support toward living a healing lifestyle could go a long way in preventing this disease and helping those who are suffering to heal themselves.
The body has incredible wisdom and can heal itself when given the proper conditions. The proper conditions refer to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual conditions.
Stress cannot be discounted as a major factor in digestive diseases. Through this site, I’ll be offering information to help you understand how stress affects your digestion, plus tools, tips, techniques and healing for the stress that affects digestive dysfunction.
