I have always loved and admired Jack LaLanne, but after viewing the videos and reading the articles that have emerged since his death on Sunday, I am now in love with him!
Clearly, his sense of humor, positive attitude, determination and no-nonsense, no excuses, common sense approach to healthy living fueled his long and happy life.
